Easy Returns

Changed your mind? No worries. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all orders. Here's how it works:

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us: Email contact@limifo.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Get approved: We'll review your request and send you return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship it back: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items without tags or original packaging

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? We're happy to help with exchanges:

  1. Contact us to arrange the return of the original item
  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item
  3. We'll prioritize shipping your replacement order

This process ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged or defective? We'll make it right immediately:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue
  • We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items where we cover all return costs.

EU Customers

Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can return items for any reason. This is in addition to our 30-day return policy.
