Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@limifo.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation."

How to Cancel

1. Email contact@limifo.com with your order number
2. Include "Order Cancellation" in the subject line
3. We'll confirm the cancellation within 24 hours

After the Cancellation Window

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once you receive the package. Please see our Refund Policy for details on returns.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Successfully cancelled orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Partial Cancellations

If you placed an order with multiple items and wish to cancel only some of them, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
